1. Eligibility

  • If you are using DMnow on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Our Services

  • You may use DMnow only in compliance with Instagram’s Platform Policies and all applicable laws.

  • You must not misuse our Services, including:

    • Interfering with or disrupting our systems.

    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access.

    • Using DMnow to spam or harass others.

  • You are responsible for the content you configure in DMnow (e.g., automated replies, links you share).

3. Account & Access

  • To use DMnow, you must connect your Instagram account through Instagram’s official OAuth login.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

  • You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time through your Instagram settings.

4. Paid Plans (if applicable)

  • Some features of DMnow may require payment.

  • By purchasing, you agree to our pricing, billing, and refund policies displayed on our website.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, titles, and interests in DMnow (excluding Instagram content you connect) are owned by us.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Misuse the Services in a way that risks Meta/Instagram account restrictions.

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and contacting us for data deletion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • DMnow is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

  • We are not responsible for Instagram API changes that affect functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DMnow.

  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using DMnow in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on our website with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
