Data Deletion Instructions

At DMnow, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your data associated with your account, you have two options:

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

   • Log in to the DMnow app.

   • Go to Settings > Delete Account.

   • Confirm your choice.

   • All your stored data, including automation rules, comments, and messages, will be permanently removed from our servers.

2. Request by Email

   • Send an email to Mejed@templyo.io from the address linked to your account.

   • Our support team will verify your request and delete all associated data within 7 business days.

Once deleted, your data cannot be restored.
