At DMnow (“we,” “our,” “us”), your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our app and services that integrate with Instagram’s APIs.

When you use DMnow, we may collect the following types of information:
Account Information
Your Instagram username, profile picture, and account ID (provided via Instagram’s official API).
Authentication tokens required to connect your Instagram account.
Content & Activity Data
Public comments made on your posts that you connect through DMnow.
Messages you configure as automated replies (stored securely on our servers).
Metrics such as engagement, keyword triggers, and automation performance.
Device & Technical Data
Browser type, IP address, and device information, to improve security and performance.
We do not collect your Instagram password. All account connections are handled through Instagram’s official OAuth process.

To provide and improve the DMnow service.
To automate Instagram direct messages and comment replies, based on the rules you set.
To monitor performance and deliver analytics on your campaigns.
To ensure compliance with Instagram’s Platform Policies.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share your information only in these cases:
With Service Providers who help us operate our app (e.g., hosting, analytics, cloud storage).
For Legal Reasons if required by law, regulation, or to protect our rights.
With Your Consent if you choose to integrate with third-party tools.

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
Authentication tokens are stored encrypted and never shared.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service, unless you request deletion.

Access: You may request a copy of the data we have about you.

Revoke Access: You can disconnect DMnow from your Instagram account at any time through your Instagram settings.

Data Deletion
You can permanently delete all your data stored by DMnow at any time. Simply use the “Delete Account” option inside the app settings. This will remove all stored content, including your connected account information, automation rules, and message history, from our servers. You may also contact us at Mejed@templyo.io to request manual deletion.
6. Children’s Privacy
DMnow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” above and notify you if required by law.
